Job Description:

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing client accounts and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with Arrow Account Management teams to identify key reseller partners with potential for sales growth.
  • Collaborate with these partners to ensure they have the necessary tools to achieve sales success.
  • Develop and execute business plans with channel partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the vendor and channel customer base.
  • Identify new partners and enable them to drive incremental sales.
  • Initiate and drive marketing campaigns to generate new leads.
  • Provide regular and accurate forecasting of opportunities.
  • Maximize margin opportunities by focusing on high-potential partners.
  • Enable partners with sales and technical training.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in an IT environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to learn product benefits and solution sales concepts.
  • Fluency in English.
