Job Summary

Vendor Specialist is a key role within Arrow's Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) business. The primary goal of this position is to develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, channel partners, and virtual teams to drive sales growth and optimize vendor product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and channel partners to acquire, develop, and retain business across aligned vendor technology portfolios.
• Identify new partners and engage them to onboard and drive incremental sales.
• Manage incoming queries in team mailboxes and loop in virtual teams as necessary.
• Pipeline management of outbound quotes and regular forecasting of opportunities, providing detail for both short- and long-term deals.
• Provide sales support activities for the order to invoice process, including quoting, fulfilling demand, ensuring on-time delivery of orders, and troubleshooting customer problems.
• Develop knowledge of vendor product portfolio and act as a product specialist.
• Take responsibility for self-development in both product knowledge and job competencies, achieving all objectives set.

Requirements
