Business Development Associate

As a Sales Account Executive at Arrow Electronics, Inc., you will play a critical role in driving business growth and building strong relationships with allocated customers.
You will work closely with Business Development Managers, Product Specialists, and vendor contacts to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Your key responsibilities will include managing and maintaining pipelines for opportunities within defined criteria and accounts base, assisting and supporting your accounts on queries, and developing and maintaining working relationships with vendor personnel.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in a similar industry or field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- High level understanding of the Arrow product portfolio (training will be given).
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and private health insurance.
Our standard hours of work are 9.00am - 5.30 pm with one hour for lunch, however due to the nature of this role flexibility will be required in order to meet the needs of the role.
