Business Development Professional

This exciting opportunity exists within Arrow Electronics, Inc., as a Sales Account Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by developing strong relationships with customers, identifying new opportunities, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with colleagues to develop and execute sales strategies that meet customer needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Arrow's product portfolio, ensuring effective positioning and promotion to customers.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of success in sales and account management, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Exhibit a consultative approach, taking the time to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Be proficient in standard Microsoft Office applications, with experience in CRM systems an advantage.
- Display a flexible and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The company operates from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with one hour for lunch. However, flexibility is required to meet the demands of this role.
