About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Curriculum Team Manager to join our team at Coulsdon Sixth Form College. As a key member of our curriculum team, you will be responsible for the quality of curriculum delivery and development, working strategically to motivate students and staff to achieve at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans to ensure high-quality learning experiences for students
  • Work collaboratively with the Head of School and other managers to achieve excellent outcomes and progression
  • Support the management and development of our on-site commercial salon and restaurant
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of staff to deliver high-quality teaching and learning
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum delivery and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Relevant teaching qualification and experience in one of the subject areas
  • Assessor/IQA qualifications and a minimum Level 3 in one of the subject areas
  • Significant previous experience of working to deadlines and dealing with changing priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams to be engaged and highly perform
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
