About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Curriculum Team Manager to join our team at Coulsdon Sixth Form College. As a key member of our curriculum team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery and development of high-quality curriculum programs in Hair & Beauty, Hospitality, Public Services and Sports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of curriculum programs to meet the needs of our students and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Head of School and other managers to ensure a high-quality learning experience for our students.
  • Support the management and development of our on-site commercial salon and restaurant.
  • Work with teachers and staff to motivate students and staff to achieve at the highest level.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and stakeholders to ensure the relevance and quality of our curriculum programs.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in a similar role, preferably in a sixth form college or similar educational institution.
  • Relevant teaching qualification and assessor/IQA qualifications.
  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in one of the subject areas.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with staff and stakeholders.
  • High levels of accuracy and efficiency, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
