Job Title:

Curriculum Manager - Construction

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Curriculum Manager to lead the development and delivery of our Construction curriculum. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Construction education and a proven track record of curriculum development and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans to ensure high-quality learning experiences for students
  • Work collaboratively with the Head of School and other managers to ensure curriculum delivery and development
  • Lead and motivate teams to achieve high levels of student engagement and outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
  • Contribute to the development of the college's strategic plan and curriculum framework
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in Construction education and curriculum development
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
  • High levels of accuracy and efficiency
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
