Job Title: Curriculum Team Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Curriculum Team Manager to join our team at Coulsdon Sixth Form College. As a key member of our curriculum team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality curriculum programs in Plumbing, Electrical, and Construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement curriculum programs that meet the needs of our students and industry partners.
  • Work collaboratively with the Head of School and other managers to ensure a high-quality learning experience for our students.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve excellent outcomes and progression.
  • Manage and coordinate curriculum development, delivery, and assessment.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Teaching qualification or willingness to undertake one.
  • Assessor/IQA qualifications.
  • Minimum Level 3 in Plumbing, Electrical, or a Construction-related trade.
