Job Title: Curriculum Team Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Curriculum Team Manager to join our team at Coulsdon Sixth Form College. As a key member of our academic leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality curriculum programs across our Hair & Beauty, Hospitality, Public Services, and Sports courses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement curriculum strategies to drive student engagement and achievement
  • Lead and manage a team of subject area specialists to deliver high-quality teaching and learning
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative curriculum initiatives
  • Monitor and evaluate curriculum effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement
  • Support the development of commercial salon and restaurant operations

Requirements:

  • Relevant teaching qualification and subject area expertise
  • Experience in curriculum development and leadership
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders
