As an Activities Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to give something back by planning and implementing activities that delight our Residents.

We're looking for someone with a background working with vulnerable individuals, ideally developing activity programmes. You'll need great planning, organisational and IT skills, as well as being able to manage your time effectively. Your brilliant, positive energy and natural ability to get along with people will shine through in everything you do.

Salary and Benefits

  • We offer a competitive £24,000 - £30,000 per annum salary, depending on experience.
  • You'll also receive Paid Enhanced DBS/PVG, free uniform, and during shifts of eight hours or more, a nutritious meal will be available.

About the Role

">

As an Activities Coordinator, you'll work closely with the Home Manager to organise fundraising events and develop activity programmes that engage and entertain our Residents. You'll use your creativity to plan activities based on Resident hobbies and interests, ensuring everyone has something to look forward to.

Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks will serve you well in this role. You'll communicate effectively with Residents, colleagues, and external partners, always considering their needs and perspectives.
