">As an Activities Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in creating engaging experiences for our Residents. You'll work closely with the Home Manager to develop activity programmes, ensure timely completion of tasks, and maintain accurate records.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Plan and implement activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our Residents.
- Collaborate with the Home Manager to organise fundraising events and oversee their execution.
- Maintain accurate records of activity participation, Resident feedback, and programme evaluations.
- Communicate effectively with Residents, colleagues, and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of activities.
- Contribute to the overall well-being of our Residents by promoting socialisation, reducing stress, and enhancing their quality of life.
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you'll need:
">- A background working with vulnerable individuals, preferably developing activity programmes.
- Great planning, organisational, and IT skills.
- The ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise tasks.
- A collaborative approach to working with colleagues and external partners.
- An empathetic understanding of the needs and perspectives of our Residents.
Salary and Benefits
">- We offer a competitive £25,500 - £32,000 per annum salary, depending on experience.
- A comprehensive package of benefits, including paid Enhanced DBS/PVG, free uniform, and meals during shifts of eight hours or more.
