About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Activities Co-ordinator to join our team at HC-One. As an Activities Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities that promote the well-being and happiness of our residents.

Your role will involve working closely with the Home Manager and other members of the care home team to develop and deliver activity programmes that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement activity programmes that promote social interaction, mental stimulation, and physical activity.
  • Work closely with the Home Manager and other team members to develop and deliver activity programmes that meet the needs of our residents.
  • Identify and develop new activities and ideas that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents.
  • Collaborate with other care homes and external organisations to share best practices and develop new activity ideas.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activity programmes and make recommendations for improvement.
