As we continue to grow and establish our presence, we are looking for two passionate and dedicated Senior Operations Coordinators to join our team and help shape our future.



This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic business, play a key role in the development of our services, and make a real difference in the lives of the young people we support.



The successful candidates will be placed in a team anywhere within the North East of England, requiring flexibility in travel and staying away from home.



The role involves:




  • Inspiring and Motivating Team Members: Lead and motivate the team to achieve positive outcomes for the young people in our care.
  • Fostering a Supportive Environment: Create a supportive and collaborative environment that promotes a positive culture throughout the team.
  • Promoting Compliance: Ensure all compliance requirements are met and the team has the correct knowledge.
  • Inducting and Training New Joiners: Induct and train new team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Managing Conflicts: Manage conflicts within the team and be the point of contact for Support Worker escalations.
  • Working with External Partners: Work in partnership with other health and social care professionals and agencies, carers, and families to ensure decisions about care are shared.
  • Multitasking: Manage multiple priorities and work efficiently to meet deadlines.


Requirements



To be successful in this role, you will require:




  • A Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare (or an equivalent relevant qualification).
  • Prior experience in a management role within the children's care sector.
  • Full right to work in the UK.
  • A full UK manual driving license.


Salary and Benefits



The salary for this position is estimated at £35,000 per annum, plus uplifts for each shift worked with a young person and for sleeping nights. Additional benefits include:
