Activity Programmes Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Activities Co-ordinator to join our team at HC-One. As an Activities Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in planning and implementing engaging activities that promote the well-being and happiness of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver activity programmes that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.
- Work closely with the Home Manager to organise fundraising events and promote the care home in the local community.
- Provide support and guidance to colleagues to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality care and activities.
- Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, and you will be required to attend safeguarding training and report any concerns.
