About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Customer Service team and contribute to our company's success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing department for website updates.
  • Working with the Warehouse Manager to optimize logistics.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years leadership experience in a Customer Service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages and SAP.

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
