Director of Performance Marketing and CRM

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Performance Marketing and CRM efforts as the Head of Performance Marketing at Growth & Company.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing DTC e-commerce brand that has experienced explosive growth, with annual turnover skyrocketing from £1 million to £33 million in just five years.

The brand has gained international recognition, including endorsements from high-profile celebrities like Meghan Markle.

This role will oversee the strategy for multi-territory Paid and CRM marketing activity, managing a team of four and collaborating with third-party agency partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the CRM and Performance Marketing teams, fostering collaboration and shared objectives
  • Collaborate with the Growth Director on global strategy, developing omnichannel plans
  • Create media strategies, set KPIs, and optimize investments using CPA, LTV, and profitability metrics
  • Evaluate acquisition marketing effectiveness, suggest improvements, and forecast performance
  • Implement channel testing to prove incrementality and boost traffic, conversion, and profitability
  • Cultivate agency partnerships, ensuring efficiency and exploring new performance drivers
  • Set database targets with analysts, enhancing customer retention and value
  • Coordinate with Ecommerce and SEO teams to balance organic visibility and paid search
  • Synergise with Organic Marketing, PR, and Retail to create omnichannel campaigns
  • Explore new acquisition channels and markets for brand growth

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in D2C/Ecommerce marketing, emphasizing performance, SEO, and CRM
  • Team leadership and international market experience
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, AWIN, and Meta Ads Manager
  • Exceptional communication abilities
