The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in D2C/Ecommerce marketing, with expertise in performance, SEO, and CRM. They will be responsible for overseeing our CRM and Performance Marketing teams, fostering collaboration and shared objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives business growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with the Growth Director to develop omnichannel plans and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Manage a team of four and third-party agency partnerships to optimize marketing investments and improve ROI
  • Evaluate marketing effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and forecast performance
  • Implement channel testing to prove incrementality and boost traffic, conversion, and profitability
  • Cultivate agency partnerships to ensure efficiency and explore new performance drivers
  • Set database targets with analysts to enhance customer retention and value
  • Coordinate with Ecommerce and SEO teams to balance organic visibility and paid search
  • Synergize with Organic Marketing, PR, and Retail to create omnichannel campaigns
  • Explore new acquisition channels and markets for business growth

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in D2C/Ecommerce marketing, with a focus on performance, SEO, and CRM
  • Team leadership and international market experience
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, AWIN, and Meta Ads Manager
  • Exceptional communication abilities
