Job Title: Paid Social Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Director to join our team at WeDiscover | Performance Marketing & Technology Agency. As a Paid Social Director, you will be responsible for leading our paid social media efforts and developing strategies to drive business growth.

About the Role

The Paid Social Director will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Managing and optimizing social media ad spend to achieve maximum ROI
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing strategies
  • Analyzing campaign performance and providing data-driven insights to inform future marketing decisions
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platform updates to ensure our marketing efforts remain effective
What We're Looking For

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Paid Social Director who is passionate about social media marketing and has a proven track record of success in this field. The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in paid social media marketing
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Experience with social media ad management tools, such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
