About the Job
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team and drive our strategic growth efforts. This exciting opportunity will give you the chance to make a real difference by leading key projects, developing partnerships, and championing our mission and values.
Key Requirements
- Strategic Leadership: You will advise the Board and lead the development of the Strategic Plan, identifying opportunities for innovation, growth, and sustainability.
- External Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, from statutory and business partners to churches and community organisations.
- Christian Ethos: As a Christian organisation, we believe in inclusivity and diversity, promoting our values and mission both within the charity and across our wider network.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the smooth running of key projects, ensuring compliance, risk management, and sustainability.
The successful candidate will have a current DBS on the update service, eligibility of right to work, and will be subject to sufficient references.
