Business Development Accountant

Michael Page is currently seeking a Business Development Accountant to join their team in Surrey.
Job Description:The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a high growth business in the sports and leisure sector, providing accurate management accounts and performance reporting information on a timely basis.
This role involves producing weekly and monthly management reports, including performance analysis and forecasts. The ideal candidate will also develop management reporting and management information systems, ensuring that financial data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
A key aspect of this role is controlling and reporting on capital investment activity and returns compared to budgets. The Business Development Accountant will also assess and report on financial control processes, making recommendations for improvement where necessary.
This position requires a fully qualified accountant with relevant experience, who can develop internal and external benchmarking to secure improved performance.
Benefits:Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum plus 25% holiday entitlement, enhanced pension scheme, and free lunch.
