The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a high-quality service that prioritizes the needs of vulnerable young people.

Job Summary: To provide exceptional care and support to young people with Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD) and mild to moderate Learning Disabilities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans
  2. Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care services
  3. Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
