Job Summary
P4 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join their team at a 23 bedded children's residential home in Preston, Lancashire. This role involves supporting a team of dedicated professionals in delivering high-quality care and support to young people with Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD).
Responsibilities
- DELIVER EFFECTIVE INDIVIDUALISED PLANS FOR EACH RESIDENT
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Participate in supervisions and performance management meetings
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications in social care or a related field
- Proven experience working with young people with EBD
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions
This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. You will be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service and its users.
