Children and Young People Support Manager

We are looking for an experienced Residential Care Team Leader to join our team in Preston. About the Job:
- Lead shifts and ensure the smooth operation of our residential homes.
- Support the Registered Manager in maintaining high standards of care and quality assurance.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to regular monitoring and evaluation processes.
- Participate in team and staff meetings to promote collaboration and professional development.
- Deliver person-centred care and support to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and educational well-being.
- Organise social activities and outings to enhance the overall quality of life for our residents.
Key Requirements:
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
- A desire to pursue a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent Children & Young People workforce qualification is desirable.
- 12 months experience working in a Residential setting is highly desirable but not essential.
- DBS and reference checks will be conducted in line with government regulations and safer recruitment best practices.
