Role:
Responsible and accountable for driving Global Financial Services (GFS) new business development across Continental Europe in existing locations (i.e. Switzerland, Nordics, Netherlands, Luxembourg) and new markets (i.e. Spain, Portugal, Italy etc.). This role will report to the Head of Global Financial Services EMEA and APAC.
The incumbent will also be a standing member of the Global Financial Services EMEA Executive Committee. The role is a leadership position within the Sales function and will be responsible for building out a sales team to support the expected growth of the business development within Continental Europe. The role is responsible for managing others and will include hiring, performance reviews, pay decisions, and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing EMEA Global Financial Services Wealth Strategists/Targets as Global Financial Services Sales Team Leader
- Managing EMEA Sales Associates to support the success of Wealth Strategists
- Contributing to Global Financial Services growth strategy and leading Global Financial Services new business
- Responsibility for achieving a new business sales target of $5m+ (of which $1m+ should be personal contribution as player/coach)
- Working with Global Financial Services Regional MD, EMEA & APAC to maximize business growth and effectiveness
- Leading and managing regional Sales campaigns (e.g. UK/CE)
- Leading regional Marketing & Events in collaboration with Global Financial Services Head of Relationship Management EMEA
- Leading coordination of Centres of Influence (COI's) strategy and relationships
- Supporting Product development to underpin competitiveness (e.g. Alternatives) in collaboration with Global Financial Services Head of Asset Servicing
Additional Responsibilities:
- Working with Global Financial Services Executive Leadership team to expand existing client base in both jurisdictions
- Accountability for annual UK and Swiss Net Business Targets
Requirements:

- Minimum of 7 years of financial sales experience
