Are you a sales professional with a passion for sports and a drive to succeed? Do you have a proven track record of driving revenue growth in the sports sector? We're seeking a talented VP Sales – Sports to lead our expansion and growth in EMEA & APAC.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a robust sales strategy, ensuring alignment with local market needs and the company's global objectives.
  2. Drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets across EMEA & APAC by building and nurturing relationships with key players in the sports industry.
  3. Represent the company at industry conferences, sports events, and exhibitions, promoting our solutions and building brand awareness.
  4. Lead and mentor a team of high-performing sales professionals across multiple countries, ensuring effective collaboration and consistent execution of sales initiatives.
Requirements:
  1. 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships within the sports industry, with a focus on the sport markets.
  2. Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth in the sports sector, with a deep understanding of the commercial dynamics (rights management, broadcasting, OTT, sponsorship, etc.).
  3. Strong network of connections within the sports world, including leagues, clubs, and media entities.
  4. Fluency in English; additional relevant languages are a plus.
  5. A passion for sports and a deep understanding of its influence on media, culture, and business.
  6. Willingness to travel extensively across EMEA & APAC to meet with clients and partners.
