Job Summary:
Sherwin-Williams UK is seeking an experienced Trade Business Development Manager to drive sales growth in the assigned region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing Trade customers, while identifying and acquiring new ones.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase Trade business sales
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve Trade business sales goals
- Spend at least 60% of your time on Trade business sales activities

Requirements:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Collaborative mindset with internal stakeholders

Salary Range: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
