Business Development Professional

Job Description: We are seeking a Business Development Professional to join our Sherwin-Williams UK team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new Trade sales opportunities, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase Trade business sales with the assigned region.
- Collaborate with TSCs and B&Q/Trade Point personnel to identify new Trade sales opportunities.
- Conduct product, application, and sales training sessions with relevant B&Q/Trade Point personnel.
- Maintain accurate records of Trade customer interactions and update SFDC accordingly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on Trade business.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Strong understanding of the home improvement, construction, and property maintenance industries.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
