About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Regional Sales Professional to join our team as a Regional Contract Sales Manager. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and promoting Howdens services to the Social Housing Sector.

You will work closely with our Kitchen CAD designer to produce innovative kitchen solutions that meet the needs of our customers within budget constraints. Your extensive knowledge of the Construction / Social Housing Market and ability to build strong business relationships will be essential to your success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Meeting and surpassing sales targets through developing new and existing contracts.
  • Making initial contact with potential customers including builders, developers, and housing associations.
  • Promoting and selling Howdens services and outstanding kitchen ranges, appliances, and accessories.

A generous package of up to £65,000 per annum, plus benefits, makes this an attractive opportunity for anyone looking to excel in sales.
