About XTone

This durable, elegant, and functional material can be used in various applications such as countertops, furniture, floors, walls, or facades. The 12 mm-thick large-format XTONE surface allows for endless design possibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to boost business growth in the region.
  • Monitor and analyze weekly reports from fabricators, pricelists, and kitchen studios to stay informed about market trends.
  • Closely monitor the use of marketing tools, including catalogs, displays, samples, and FOC countertop displays, to ensure effective brand representation.
  • Prepare and submit visit reports to the Line Manager after each kitchen showroom visit.
  • Track XTone sales through direct sales and showroom channels.
  • Collaborate with regional teams and Line Managers to provide comprehensive training to Porcelanosa sales teams.
  • Determine monthly work strategies with forecasts and conduct weekly stock level checks in warehouses and SAP.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of the retail kitchen industry and worktop fabricators is essential.
  • Prior experience in similar environments is required.
  • Familiarity with industry contacts is beneficial.
  • A strong commitment to task completion and results-driven attitude is necessary.
