Sales Development Manager

As a key member of our sales team at Porcelanosa SA, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development for our XTone product in the region.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team, with a strong background in the retail kitchen industry and worktop fabricators. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for XTone in the region, identifying new opportunities and leveraging existing relationships to drive sales growth.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement a region-specific business development plan to increase sales and market share for XTone.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including kitchen studios, suppliers, and other industry professionals.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about trends and competitor activity.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns that support business objectives.
- Schedule and conduct sales calls, presentations, and meetings with customers and prospects to promote XTone products.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in the retail kitchen industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-driven performance.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and professional development opportunities.
