As a key member of our sales team at Porcelanosa SA, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development for our XTone product in the region.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team, with a strong background in the retail kitchen industry and worktop fabricators. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for XTone in the region, identifying new opportunities and leveraging existing relationships to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a region-specific business development plan to increase sales and market share for XTone.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including kitchen studios, suppliers, and other industry professionals.
  3. Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about trends and competitor activity.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns that support business objectives.
  6. Schedule and conduct sales calls, presentations, and meetings with customers and prospects to promote XTone products.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in the retail kitchen industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-driven performance.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and professional development opportunities.
