This exciting role offers a challenging position as Area Sales Manager Window and Door Multi-Point Locking Systems, with responsibility for developing business within the South East region. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in field sales, particularly within the construction industry, selling high-end manufactured locking systems to window and door fabricators.

The ideal applicant will be an experienced Area Sales Manager with a strong track record of new business development, who is confident in their ability to hit the ground running. They must have excellent technical knowledge of internal timber fire door locking systems and possess strong negotiation skills, with a consultative approach to sales.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual to take ownership of a £1.5m-£2m revenue stream, managing relationships with key clients and recruiting new commercial accounts to drive growth. As part of a leading recruitment consultancy specialising in construction field sales, you will benefit from ongoing support and guidance throughout your career.

About the Role
* Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve targets and grow revenue
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, including window and door fabricators
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a focus on composite and timber fire doors, retail, and trade sectors
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and stay up-to-date with industry developments

Requirements
* Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the construction industry
* Strong understanding of internal timber fire door locking systems and relevant regulations
