Sales Manager for Composite Fire Door Solutions

Mitchell Maguire is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to join their team in the South East region. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth in the composite fire door sector.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a field sales professional to take on a challenging role selling high-end manufactured ranges of multi-point locking systems for windows and doors. You will be working with existing customers and targeting new business opportunities within the window and door fabrication industry.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in field sales, particularly in the construction industry. They will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
* Conduct field sales activities to promote products and services
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements:
* Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the construction industry
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Strong relationship-building skills
What We Offer:
* Competitive salary of £45,000-£50,000 per annum, plus a performance-related bonus of up to £10,000

Location:
This role is based in the South East region, with regular travel required to meet with customers and prospects.
