The Regional Trade Sales Growth Specialist plays a critical role in driving sales growth and increasing revenue in the assigned region. This is achieved by building and maintaining strong relationships with existing trade customers, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

This role requires a strong understanding of the trade sales landscape, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for 60% of their time spent on driving sales, while also focusing on growing, developing, maintaining, and managing overall relationships with new and existing trade customers on behalf of Sherwin-Williams, B&Q / Trade Point.

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on location, experience, and performance. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual who can think strategically, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and has a proven track record of driving sales growth in a trade sales environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying new business opportunities and negotiating deals.
  • Providing market insights and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
