Digital Sales Growth Specialist

We're looking for a skilled Digital Sales Growth Specialist to join our expanding digital team. As part of this role, you'll focus on executing the Trading Plan on digital platforms, delivering web merchandising techniques and improvements to develop your categories as well as gathering performance insights and translating them into actions.
Requirements:- At least 4 years eCommerce experience in digital eCommerce and website trading.
- Excellent planning skills, to build campaigns, present timelines, and ensure delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management – ability to build relationships and liaise with business and external stakeholders (agency management) to ensure clear understanding of dependencies, deliverables and issues/risks.
We're offering a competitive salary of £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a bonus scheme, contributory pension scheme, colleague discount, and access to parental, menopause and fertility support.
