Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Sales and Relationship Specialist to join our Sherwin-Williams UK team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving Trade business sales and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new Trade sales opportunities in collaboration with TSCs and B&Q/Trade Point personnel.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase Trade business sales with the assigned region.
  • Conduct product, application, and sales training sessions with relevant B&Q/Trade Point personnel.
  • Maintain accurate records of Trade customer interactions and update SFDC accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on Trade business.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong understanding of the home improvement, construction, and property maintenance industries.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
