We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Trade Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing them with valuable information on trading CFDs and introducing our range of products and educational services.

As a Trade Account Manager, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, establishing trust and rapport through proactive communication via telephone and email. You will also provide catered information about our instruments and educational material, including features and associated risks, ensuring that clients are well-informed to make informed trading decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining proactive communication with clients via telephone and email, establishing rapport and understanding their investment and education objectives.
  • Providing catered information about our instruments and educational material, including features and associated risks, ensuring that clients are well-informed to make informed trading decisions.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the client engagement process, including accurate record-keeping and disclosure of relevant information such as risk.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, market developments, and product enhancements through ongoing in-house training and professional development initiatives.

We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 - £26,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission and bonus. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including full in-house training and development, employee wellbeing program, free parking on-site, contributory pension scheme, fast progression opportunities, salary increase each year, office incentives based on performance, and monthly and weekly spending vouchers for top performers.

In addition, we offer one week and a half of fully paid training in-house, to all our candidates who are successful in their first interview. Our company is authorized and regulated in the UK by the Financial Conduct Authority, ensuring that we operate in a transparent and compliant manner.
