Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fire Safety and Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our fire safety function, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance on fire safety matters to stakeholders across the organisation
  • Conduct regular fire risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend mitigating measures
  • Develop and implement fire safety strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that fire safety is integrated into all aspects of business operations
  • Stay up-to-date with changes to fire safety regulations and standards, and provide training and guidance to colleagues as needed
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in fire engineering or fire safety management, or equivalent experience
  • Good understanding of engineering principles and practices
  • Desirable: membership of IFE or IFSM, and/or experience working in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organisational skill and attention to detail
