About the Role

This challenging role involves conducting complex fire risk assessments, developing comprehensive fire strategies, and providing expert advice on building safety management systems.

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough fire risk assessments, including Tier 1-4 assessments, and create detailed fire strategies for high-rise residential and commercial properties.
  2. Review and develop building safety management systems, ensuring compliance with UK regulations.
  3. Perform fire compartmentation surveys and provide actionable recommendations.
  4. Support clients with fire safety management, audits, and expert advice.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams and clients as a trusted fire safety expert.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in fire safety consultancy, with a strong focus on fire risk assessments and strategic planning.
  • Extensive knowledge of UK building regulations, including Approved Document B and relevant fire safety standards.
  • Recognized fire safety qualifications and membership in professional bodies.
  • Ideal candidates will hold or be working towards a fire safety or fire engineering diploma.

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £65,000 per annum, along with ongoing training and development opportunities, private healthcare, and a 5% matched pension scheme.
