About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled administrative professional to support our client's commitment to excellence in complaints handling. As a Complaints Case Coordinator, you will play a key role in organizing and maintaining complaints correspondence records, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout. If you have strong administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in Excel, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and file complaints correspondence on our systems.
  • Cross-check dates and update records to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain an audit trail using Excel spreadsheets.
  • Assist in organizing complaints-related documents and ensure compliance with internal standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve any discrepancies in records.
About You:
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel (e.g., filtering, sorting, creating basic formulas, and maintaining spreadsheets).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage large volumes of documentation.
  • Experience in handling complaints is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy.

Salary Information:
The estimated annual salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 based on location and experience. The hourly rate is approximately £12-£15 per hour.
