**Role Overview**

We are looking for an enthusiastic Support Manager to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will have experience of working with young people and/or within care/social care sectors.

This role involves maintaining a positive and nurturing atmosphere that supports all students to actively engage with learning and make positive progress.

You will also support students with social, emotional and health issues, and liaise across the school community with parents, teachers and other members of the Student Support Team.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Maintaining a positive and supportive atmosphere that encourages students to engage with learning and make progress.
  • Supporting students with social, emotional and health issues.
  • Liaising with parents, teachers and other members of the Student Support Team.

**Ideal Candidate**

The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting children, have patience, resilience and determination, and a desire to support children to flourish and achieve their 'Pure Potential'.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £27,290 per annum, which is a competitive rate for the area.
