Job Description:

Teaching Assistant required for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in the Early Years

The salary for this position is approximately £35,000 per annum.

About the Position:

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant for pupils with SEN in the Early Years.

This role involves working closely with teachers to develop and implement personalized education plans for pupils with SEN.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers in developing and implementing personalized education plans for pupils with SEN
  • Work on a 1:1 and small group basis with pupils who need personalized support and adaptive teaching methods applied within the mainstream setting
  • Support pupils in achieving their academic, emotional, and social potential
