Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Motor Fuel Group. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to our senior management team, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and contributing to the success of the company.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the diaries of senior management, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute Board Packs and other presentations.
  • Organize company events, such as summer BBQs and Christmas parties.
  • Coordinate the signature of important documents and ensure their safe return to relevant parties.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date company records.
  • Implement new systems and processes as required.
  • Process expenses for the senior team.
  • Arrange internal working lunches and manage the Office Manager/Executive Assistant.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
  • Communicate internal messages to the business.
  • Perform varied ad-hoc tasks and projects to support the CEO, COO, and CFO in their personal and professional lives.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a full and clean manual driving license and be comfortable driving company cars on occasion. They will also possess excellent written and spoken English skills, with a professional telephone manner and the ability to multitask and prioritize their workload.
