About the Role:

This is a dynamic opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide high-level administrative support to our senior leadership team. As an Administrative Support Professional, you will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for our senior team members, both internally and externally.
  • Communication: Draft and send emails, letters, and reports on behalf of our senior team members.
  • Travel Arrangements: Book flights, hotels, and rental cars for business trips.
  • Event Planning: Organize company events, such as summer BBQs and Christmas parties.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of meetings, appointments, and other important events.
  • Expense Reports: Process expense reports for our senior team members.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including supplies, equipment, and facilities management.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, a high level of discretion and confidentiality, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also have a full and clean manual driving license, as occasional driving may be required.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including a generous pension scheme, life insurance, and 25 days' annual leave.
