About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Assistant to join our team at Churchill Retirement Living Ltd. As a key member of our regional office, you will provide administrative support to our Secretary/PA and other colleagues, working across various internal teams and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Preparing and distributing meeting agendas and supporting documentation
  • Organizing meetings, training, and refreshments
  • Handling incoming telephone calls and taking messages
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Maintaining databases and updating construction project progress
  • Typing letters, minutes, and other documents
  • Mail distribution and ordering stationery
  • Assisting with office facilities and site set-up

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in office administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
