Administrative Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Assistant to join our team at Churchill Retirement Living Ltd. As a key member of our regional office, you will provide administrative support to our Secretary/PA and other colleagues, working across various internal teams and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting with travel and accommodation arrangements
- Preparing and distributing meeting agendas and supporting documentation
- Organizing meetings, training, and refreshments
- Handling incoming telephone calls and taking messages
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Maintaining databases and updating construction project progress
- Typing letters, minutes, and other documents
- Mail distribution and ordering stationery
- Assisting with office facilities and site set-up
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in office administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
