Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced EV Administrator Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our EV business, ensuring the efficient administration of our operations.
The role will involve:
- Carrying out general administrative tasks, including updating databases, preparing documents, and tracking progress;
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure seamless communication across teams;
- Preparing RFI's for external suppliers, raising purchase orders, and tracking payments;
- Assisting in monthly finance KPI reporting and maintaining order tracking systems;
- Identifying and resolving potential issues in a timely manner;
- Covering for other administrators' responsibilities during absences or peak workloads;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Relevant administrative experience, preferably in a similar industry;
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to build good working relationships;
- Excellent attention to detail, with a friendly, helpful, and 'can-do' attitude;
- Proven ability to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines;
- Strong PC literacy, including Word and Excel;
