We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diploma qualified candidate to join our team as a Senior Financial Services Administrator.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure all client administration is carried out in accordance with the firm's existing procedures.

• Research and analyse data on behalf of the other members of your team.

• Stay up to date with all technical and regulatory changes within the industry.

• Act as a point of reference for junior staff, providing guidance and support.

• Maintain client and firm files in a well-presented, accurate and compliant manner.

Requirements:

• Excellent skills in Microsoft Packages.

• Diploma in Financial Planning.

• Previous experience in management or mentoring within a technical role.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Excellent organisational skills, ability to work to tight deadlines and a positive can-do attitude.
