Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Think Specialist Recruitment. This role would be ideal for someone looking to start their career in administration, with some previous experience a plus but not essential.
The successful candidate will have a good level of attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a willingness to learn. They will be responsible for creating and maintaining the sample, packaging tracker and production approval status, as well as logging all upload approvals from portals on the tracker.
Other key duties will include chasing samples for clubs who require sample approval, attending meetings with Production/Operations, and ensuring all materials, trims, fabric, colours, prints trims and labelling are all correct/acceptable before sending for approval and/or bulk approval.
The ideal candidate will be able to establish and own strong working relationships with key licensors, effectively communicate comments from the club to either the design team and/or factory, and manage and maintain samples from the factory, sending out and storing internally.
