About the Role
- Coordinate all aspects of early talent recruitment, onboarding, and training programs, ensuring timely completion of tasks and delivery of high-quality results.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and other HR team members, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage and coordinate training agreements, exam bookings, and study schedules for early talent employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Process employment contracts, new starters, and leavers in a timely manner, maintaining accurate records and updating relevant systems.
- Support the preparation of six-monthly trainee performance reviews, salary reviews, and exit interviews, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and administer induction programs for graduate cohorts and apprentices, liaising with managers and HR team members as required.
- Coordinate assessment days, apprentice recruitment, and careers fair campaigns, working closely with external organizations and vendors.
- Support the recruitment lifecycle, including posting adverts, arranging interviews, and communicating with candidates and agencies.
- Ensure that all early talent employees have the necessary professional subscriptions and memberships, working closely with the HR Administrator.
Requirements
- 12 months' experience in an administrative or HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree-level education or equivalent qualifications desirable.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability as needed.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Outlook, and HRIS systems, with ability to learn new software quickly.
