We are an expanding company within the professional services sector, offering a unique opportunity for an Early Talent HR Administrator to join our dynamic team in St Albans. As a valued member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting our Early Talent client group, handling training requests, and coordinating assessment days.

About the Role:

  1. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our established company, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
  2. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, supporting our Early Talent client group and handling various administrative tasks, including training requests and exam bookings.
  3. You will be responsible for preparing training agreements for employees, maintaining accurate records, and documenting key information.
  4. You will also be involved in monitoring training logs, tracking study schedules, and disseminating updates on SharePoint, ensuring seamless execution and efficient resource allocation.
  5. In addition, you will be supporting the training budget process, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective resource allocation and minimizing costs.
  6. You will be required to familiarize yourself with professional qualifications and pathways, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  7. Furthermore, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating assessment days, apprentice recruitment, and careers fair campaigns, promoting the company's reputation and brand.
  8. You will also be arranging induction programs for graduate cohorts and apprentices, liaising with managers and the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  9. Lastly, you will be ensuring that all apprentices have completed relevant enrollment forms prior to commencing studies, maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 1 year of administration experience, preferably within the HR domain.
  2. Educated to degree level or equivalent, with a strong academic background.
  3. CIPD Level 3 certification is highly desirable, demonstrating expertise in human resources.
  4. Able to effectively communicate with employees and partners, showcasing excellent interpersonal skills.
  5. Organized, able to multitask, and meet deadlines with ease, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.
  6. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential, with the ability to craft compelling messages and reports.
  7. Excellent attention to detail and a strong team player, with a 'can-do' attitude and willingness to adapt.
  8. Confident in MS Excel, with hands-on experience and proficiency in data analysis.
