About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Early Talent Administrator to join our team at Smart10 Ltd.

As an Early Talent Administrator, you will play a critical role in coordinating recruitment events, supporting the recruitment process, and ensuring the smooth onboarding of new employees.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an admin role, preferably in HR or Recruitment, and possess excellent communication skills over the phone and email.

You will also be responsible for managing apprentice enrolment, tracking training progress, and handling contracts and employee records.
